Soy de Estados Unidos, pero ahora vivo en Cuenca, Ecuador.

My name is Nathan Lake and I am a nature and travel photographer originally from the United States, but now living in Cuenca, Ecuador. I have been a photographer for going on 20 years and a large percentage of my photos focus on the non-human creatures that share this planet with us. When you spend that much time observing the world through your lens, you learn many things. One of those things is that it is all too easy to destroy that which we value the most. Nature is resilient, but not so resilient as to withstand a constant onslaught from mankind. 

I hope that my photography brings to my viewers a greater insight into what we risk losing should we fail to actively protect it.
